Meet barbara Wittmann
Barbara Wittmann is an award-winning Digital Leadership expert and the founder of the Digital Wisdom Collective. Her work sits at the intersection of timeless wisdom and modern technology—helping leaders navigate digital transformation in ways that are sustainable, human-centered, and deeply intentional.
Barbara is the creator of a signature 6-month leadership program designed for non-IT leaders who want to engage confidently with technology initiatives and ensure digital transformation serves not only today’s goals, but future generations as well. Her approach replaces fear and complexity with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Before founding her own companies, Barbara was a top global SAP retail consultant and a member of SAP’s Business Process Renovation Team, where she contributed to multiple patented innovations. Fluent in English, German, and what she affectionately calls “NERD,” she is known for her rare ability to bridge people, departments, and cultures.
Originally from Germany, Barbara moved to the United States in 2016 after building two successful IT companies—and unexpectedly finding love along the way. Today, she lives in Loveland, Colorado, where she continues her mission: creating wisdom spaces between technology and humanity, and helping organizations around the world transform with intention and integrity.
