With more than two decades of experience as an executive, consultant, speaker and coach, Matt specializes in aligning teams around mission, building healthy cultures and developing clear, values-driven leadership. Holding a doctorate in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University, Matt brings a principled yet practical approach to developing leaders and driving organizational change. His work centers on igniting purpose, service, faith, and leadership in others, empowering them to create lasting influence in their workplaces and communities. He lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with his wife and their two children.
