EP224 - Claude Silver on Leadership, Trust, and Removing Shame From the Workplace
In this episode of The Tyler Dickerhoof Show, Gary Vee’s Chief Heart Officer Claude Silver shares how she helped shape the culture of VaynerMedia and why empathy, trust, and authenticity are the new competitive edge in leadership.
Meet Claude Silver
Claude began her journey of purpose at nineteen during a 93-day Outward Bound Wilderness Leadership Program.
She went on to found and later sell an outdoor adventure and surfing school before immersing herself in transpersonal and positive psychology, as well as Buddhist and other spiritual traditions. Her path led her into corporate advertising, where she became a respected creative brand strategist at agencies including JWT London, JWT San Francisco, and Publicis London.
Now serving as Chief Heart Officer at VaynerX—a role created by Gary Vaynerchuk—Claude’s mission is simple yet profound: “Touch every human and infuse the agencies with empathy.” She leads culture across 2,500+ employees worldwide, ensuring VaynerX remains a place where people feel at home, supported, and empowered to thrive.
