Meet Dr. Emily Anhalt
Dr. Emily Anhalt, born and raised in Silicon Valley, has long been fascinated by the psychology of entrepreneurs. She studied psychology at the University of Michigan before earning her Master’s and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California.
For nearly 20 years, she has worked closely with executives, leaders, and teams while researching how emotional fitness strengthens leadership. Dr. Anhalt has personally matched over 800 people with therapists and partnered with some of the world’s fastest-growing companies—including Google, Walmart, NBCUniversal, Asana, TEDx, GitHub, NASDAQ, Unilever, Bloomberg, and Salesforce. She is also the co-founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Coa: Your Gym for Mental Health.
