Meet Sebastien Page
Sébastien Page serves as Head of Global Multi-Asset and Chief Investment Officer at T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. In this role, he co-chairs the firm’s Asset Allocation Committee and is a member of its Management Committee, helping guide investment strategy across global markets.
He joined T. Rowe Price in 2015, bringing extensive experience in multi-asset investing and research. Prior to this, he was an Executive Vice President at PIMCO, where he led multi-asset solutions research and development. Earlier in his career, he held a senior managing director position at State Street Global Markets.
Sébastien is widely recognized for his contributions to investment research, earning multiple awards from The Journal of Portfolio Management and the Financial Analysts Journal. He is the author of Beyond Diversification (2020) and The Psychology of Leadership (2025), and coauthor of Factor Investing and Asset Allocation (2016).
In addition to his professional responsibilities, he serves on the editorial boards of leading finance publications and is a board member of the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance (Q Group). He is a frequent guest on major financial media outlets, including Bloomberg TV and CNBC, and has been recognized as a LinkedIn Top Voice in Finance and a Voice of Influence by the CFA Institute.
Sébastien holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada.
